We're standing up for students with asthma

We’re proud to support Asthma Australia for World Asthma Day.  

On Friday 24 May, 2024 Burrowes State School had a free dress day. Students made a gold coin donation to raise money for Asthma Australia. 

Several students at our school have asthma and we’re standing up for them! Nearly half (44%) of the 39,000 Aussies who were hospitalised for asthma in 2017/18 were kids from the ages of 0-14 years old. Together, we will make a difference.  

You'll support ground-breaking research, provide evidence-based services and programs, and deliver education and training to help the nearly 2.8 million Australians living with asthma.
