I’m raising funds in memory for Asthma Australia

Dear Family and Friends,

I am sharing this in memory page with you, as my daughter Savanna tragically lost her life from asthma on 2 August 2020. I want to celebrate her life, and honour her memory, by supporting the work of Asthma Australia. 

Please make a donation in memory by using the 'Donate' button. 

Sadly, more than 400 people die from asthma every year. I want a future where no lives are lost to asthma.

Your gift in memory will support ground-breaking research, provide evidence-based services and programs, and deliver education and training to help the 2.7 million Australians living with asthma live freely.

Could provide resources such as Asthma First Aid and an Asthma Action Plan, and information on how to live well with asthma.

$50 could fund an Asthma Education Kit for a community nurse. This enables a community nurse to train people in device technique, helping them to manage their asthma.

Can enable an Asthma Educator to provide life-saving information to someone who calls the 1800 ASTHMA (1800 278 462) information line.

Could go towards research into preventing and treating asthma. The Asthma Australia Research Program is the country’s only fund dedicated exclusively to asthma research.
