I have completed
of my 0 m other goal.
Iβm getting breathless for asthma!
Iβm challenging myself to 10 days straight of fitness activityΒ because, unlike people with asthma I can breathe easily. I want to stand with them and really experience what itβs like, even just for a moment, to struggle to breathe.Β
- Asthma is responsible for at least 1 Australian death every day and around 100 hospitalisations every day. Over 80% of these hospitalisations are considered potentially avoidable.Β
- 1 in 9 Australians are directly impacted by asthma, with children being the most impacted.

A telephone information support service that receives around 20 calls a day from people with asthma and their carers.Β
βAn Asthma Educator really changed my life. I have never in my life been more well than I am now, due to that call I made to Asthma Australia. Canβt recommend them highly enough. I learned more in that 40 minute chat than I have in my lifetime.β

Sunday 1st Sep A massive thank you to everyone who has donated so far π«ΆπΎΒAll for Zayne
Monday 5th AugI'm setting myself a goal of walking 3km a day from the 1st September until the 10th of September to raise awareness for Asthma. Both Cruz and Zayne will be riding their bikes along side me and Blaize chilling in the pram during this time πΆββοΈπ΅π½ββοΈ
If you don't know, Zayne has suffered from having this horrible respiratory illness since he was 18 months old and 3 weeks before he turned 2, I almost lost him to a severe asthma attack which he was than transported to Randwick Childrens Hospital via helicopter where he was placed in ICU for 2 days to get his breathing under control π’
From that day back in 2016, Zayne has been on a daily preventer to help keep him from having flare ups, occasionally having oral steroids when he's had hospital admission or an ED visit and having his ventolin at arms reach for when he does strenuous activities that being at school, on the weekend for him to play sport or before he does swimming lessons. He has never let his asthma get in the way of his daily routine πͺπΎ
It would be greatly appreciated > it doesn't have to be much, but to give a little donation towards The Ashtma Huff and Puff fundraiser π₯°
